Infor LN Project Manager

Your Role:

As the Infor LN Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of Infor LN Cloud solutions across multiple business units and geographies. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to align strategy, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle Infor LN Cloud implementations, from planning and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, consultants, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards, and quality controls.
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and steering committee sessions with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support business process analysis and drive alignment between ERP functionality and operational requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager with multiple full Infor LN Cloud implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Infor LN modules and cloud deployment best practices.
• Strong project management skills with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-site project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
