Your Responsibilities:

Analysing business requirements and processes and designing tailored solutions based on Infor LN and additional standard or customised components

Key user support (2nd and 3rd level), including troubleshooting, service desk activities, and proactive problem solving

Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners for the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of logistics processes and system optimisation in regular operations, improvements, and rollouts

Independent management of projects and tasks, participation in defining new business requirements, and coordination of relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

Conducting training sessions, active knowledge sharing within the team, continuous updating of know-how regarding software updates, and optimisation of support processes

Taking on a central role in Infor LN rollouts as well as supporting migrations and system integrations
Your Profile:

At least 5 years of experience with Infor LN Logistics (LN CS), ideally as an LN logistics consultant with a solid understanding of logistics processes (OTC, PTP, PTI-D, LOG, QS)

Completed vocational training with additional qualification (e.g. technician), university degree, Infor certifications, or equivalent professional experience

Willingness to learn and grow within the Infor LN CS environment

Ability to analyse complex issues with a structured and independent working style

Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability

Willingness to travel occasionally on business

Good English skills required due to international orientation
