Infor LN Head of ERP

Role Overview:
Lead the company’s ERP strategy, focusing on Infor LN. Responsible for overseeing master data management, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all business units. Act as the primary ERP authority, aligning system capabilities with business needs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ERP (Infor LN) system landscape and master data governance.

  • Define, implement, and enforce master data standards, processes, and policies.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize ERP processes.

  • Supervise ERP team members and coordinate cross-functional ERP projects.

  • Drive ERP-related change management and system improvements.

  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Infor LN or similar ERP systems.

  • Proven experience in master data management.
