Infor LN German Speaking Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating business requirements into system solutions within the Infor LN ERP platform. This role involves gathering requirements, analysing processes, designing solutions, supporting implementations, and providing ongoing system support to optimise business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor LN ERP within the organisation.

  • Work closely with business units (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) to gather, document, and analyse requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.

  • Configure and adapt Infor LN modules to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and external partners to deliver solutions.

  • Support ERP projects including new implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.

  • Develop test cases, co-ordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for Infor LN modules.

  • Monitor ERP system performance and recommend process improvements or enhancements.

  • Stay up to date with Infor LN releases, patches, and best practices, advising on system roadmap and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Infor LN ERP.

  • Strong knowledge of Infor LN modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Procurement).

  • Experience in ERP implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and data migration would be advantageous.

  • Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies beneficial.
