Infor LN Factory Track Consultant Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor LN Factory Track Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultancy services in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Infor LN Factory Track, ERP configuration, Bartender, and Planning modules. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Configuration:

• Configure and customize the Infor LN ERP system to align with the specific needs and requirements of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Ensure seamless integration between Infor LN Factory Track and other ERP modules.

2. Infor LN Factory Track Implementation:

• Lead the implementation of Infor LN Factory Track module, including installation, setup, and configuration.
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Factory Track functionalities to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support adoption and usage of Factory Track features.

3. Bartender Integration:

• Integrate Bartender software with Infor LN to design and print barcode labels for inventory tracking, production orders, and shipping.
• Develop custom label templates and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Bartender integration.

4. Production Planning:

• Collaborate with production planners to design and implement efficient production scheduling and planning processes within the Infor LN system.
• Configure Planning module to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
• Optimize planning parameters and algorithms to balance inventory levels, production efficiency, and customer demand.

5. Consultancy and Support:

• Provide expert advice and consultancy services to clients on Infor LN Factory Track, ERP configuration, Bartender, and Planning modules.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the continued smooth operation of the ERP environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Infor LN ERP system, with specific expertise in Factory Track, ERP configuration, Bartender, and Planning modules.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, and shop floor operations.
• Proficiency in ERP configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Baan Tools, DAL, Ming.le).
• Experience with Bartender software for label design and printing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Infor LN and related technologies are a plus
