About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Developer to support the design, development, and optimisation of our Infor LN ERP landscape. In this role, you will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality customisations, integrations, and process improvements.
Fluency in German is required to collaborate effectively with local business users and project teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customisations within Infor LN using relevant development tools and methodologies.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop and optimise integrations between Infor LN and third-party systems (e.g., Infor ION, APIs, middleware).

Support upgrades, migrations, and enhancements across different Infor LN versions (including 10.5, 10.7, LN CE).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LN modules, workflows, and system performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments, interfaces, and modifications.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and end users to ensure solution alignment.

Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure high-quality delivery.

Provide technical guidance, support, and continuous improvement recommendations for ERP processes.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as an Infor LN Developer or similar ERP development role.

Strong knowledge of Infor LN development frameworks, tools, and architecture.

Experience with LN customisations, extensions, scripts, and table structures.

Solid understanding of ERP processes (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Infor ION, APIs, or integration technologies is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with version upgrades, cloud migration (LN CE), and technical project work.

Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

German language fluency (C1+) and good English skills.
