	Administer, monitor, and support the Infor LN CloudSuite environment, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability

	Act as the primary point of contact for Infor-related system administration, including user management, roles/authorisations, and environment coordination

	Support CloudSuite upgrades, patches, and releases in collaboration with Infor and internal IT teams
	
	<li>
	Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and integrations (Infor OS / ION), troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolutions
	
	<li>
	Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and external partners to support day-to-day operations and continuous system improvement
