IT Test & Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Test & Release Manager to oversee environment, release, and test management across complex application landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement policies for environment, release, and test management.

• Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and manage change processes across multiple teams and suppliers.

• Plan and coordinate releases, ensuring proper testing, acceptance, and documentation.

• Align release content and timelines with business and IT stakeholders.

• Oversee test environments, capacity, and regression/production acceptance testing.

• Evaluate release readiness, manage post-go-live reviews, and address outstanding issues.

• Advise stakeholders on change requests, risks, and architectural alignment.

• Act as the key contact for audits and senior management regarding release and test activities.

• Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development.
