IFS Cloud IT Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud IT Manager to lead and support the ongoing development, optimisation, and governance of a growing IFS Cloud environment. This is a key role within the IT function, responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maximise the value of the IFS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the IFS Cloud environment, ensuring high availability and performance
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for all IFS-related topics across the business
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Oversee integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and best practices
Manage external partners, vendors, and support providers
Support and guide internal teams, providing functional and technical expertise
Drive reporting, data quality, and system optimisation initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years’ experience working with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud
Strong understanding of core IFS modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or EAM)
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows
Proven ability to manage IT systems, projects, or applications ownership
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
