About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IFS Support Specialist to provide application support and functional expertise for IFS Cloud. The role will support business users across multiple regions, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of IFS processes. This position is based in the Netherlands and works closely with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IFS Cloud across functional and technical areas
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues
- Support key IFS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, or HCM (depending on background)
- Work closely with end users to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and external partners when required
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements within IFS Cloud
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and support procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security, and best practices
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting IFS Cloud (essential)
- Strong understanding of IFS functional processes and system configuration
- Experience in application support, functional support, or system administration
- Ability to analyse complex issues and deliver clear, practical solutions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
