About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IFS Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize IFS Applications solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, ensure best practices, and lead technical and functional solution design for IFS Cloud or IFS Applications (10+) deployments. This role requires deep expertise in IFS modules, architecture, and integration, as well as the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end IFS solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define solution roadmaps and implementation strategies.

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement IFS modules, configurations, and extensions to meet business needs.

• Provide guidance on IFS Cloud architecture, integrations, customizations, and technical configurations.

• Support data migration, reporting strategy, and performance optimization.

• Review and approve functional and technical designs, ensuring compliance with IFS standards.

• Lead workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical enablement for project teams.

• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities in solution implementation and propose mitigation strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with IFS product updates, new modules, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect or Senior IFS Consultant (5–10+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud, including architecture, modules, and integration frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in multiple IFS modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Service Management, HR, PSO, or Manufacturing.

• Expertise in solution design, functional and technical specifications, and system configuration.

• Experience with data migration, reporting, workflows, and custom entities within IFS.

• Understanding of integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, web services) and ERP ecosystem.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation abilities.

• English fluency; additional European languages (German, French, Dutch) are a plus.
