About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced IFS Solutions Architect with deep expertise in IFS Cloud implementations to join our on-site team in Düsseldorf. As part of a tight-knit IT team of three professionals, you will play a pivotal techno-functional role, combining strategic consulting with hands-on architecture and implementation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of IFS Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system architecture, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across modules, especially in production, ETO, and supply chain management.
- Act as a key decision-maker, confidently driving architectural and process decisions with authority and clarity.
- Develop and document solution architectures, integration frameworks, and system configurations.
- Support Business Process Modelling (BPM) initiatives and drive business process optimization across departments.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects independently, including planning, scoping, and coordination.
- Offer hands-on support during all phases of the IFS Cloud implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize.
- Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert for all IFS Cloud-related matters.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of implementation experience with IFS Applications, including significant recent experience with IFS Cloud.
- Proven track record in leading IFS implementations, including greenfield deployments and upgrades.
- Strong domain expertise in Production, Manufacturing, and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments.
- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture design, project management, and business process consulting.
- Ability to operate across functional and technical domains with a “hands-on” approach when necessary.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
