About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced IFS Reports Analyst to join our client’s team in Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation that leverages IFS Cloud to drive data-led decision-making across its operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards that support key business processes and strategic goals.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate reporting needs into efficient and reliable solutions using IFS Applications (Cloud and earlier versions) and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and analytical reports within IFS Cloud.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyse data from multiple sources.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.

  • Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and performance of all reporting solutions.

  • Support IFS Cloud migration projects, ensuring all legacy reports are optimized for the new environment.

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for reporting processes and data flows.

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training on reporting tools and best practices.

  • Partner with IT and functional teams to maintain data quality and system integrity.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an IFS Reporting Analyst.

  • Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud

  • Strong command of SQL

  • Experience with IFS Report Designer, BI Publisher, or other IFS reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Crystal Reports is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar areas.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working model (office and remote).

Education & Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • German language proficiency (B2 level or above).
