Client Overview
Our client is currently undertaking a strategic upgrade to IFS Cloud as part of a major ERP transformation program. They are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the delivery of this upgrade.
Role Summary
You will lead the end-to-end IFS Cloud upgrade, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare. The role requires strong ERP project leadership and close coordination with business, IT, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IFS Cloud upgrade program (planning to go-live)
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams, SI partners, and vendors
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment
- Ensure alignment with IFS Cloud best practices
- Manage risks, issues, and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support change management and user adoption
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering IFS ERP upgrades or implementations (IFS Cloud preferred)
- Strong ERP project management background
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience with system integrators and large transformation projects
- Knowledge of at least one ERP domain: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or EAM
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methods
