IFS Project Manager

Job Title: IFS Project Manager – Germany

Location: Germany (Remote/Hybrid possible)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead end-to-end IFS ERP and IFS Cloud implementation projects across Germany and Europe. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that business requirements are translated into successful IFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IFS ERP and IFS Cloud projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, functional experts, and client stakeholders
  • Manage project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure alignment of IFS solutions with business processes and drive adoption through effective change management
  • Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs to internal and client leadership

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing IFS ERP or IFS Cloud implementation projects
  • Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication)
  • Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
