About the Role
We are recruiting an IFS Product Owner for a leading international organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. This role sits at the heart of the IT Systems function and works closely with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure enterprise platforms effectively support business operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
The organisation is delivering an ERP implementation, establishing a modern digital core for global operations. The ambition is to create a fully integrated platform that supports end-to-end business processes across multiple functions, while laying the foundation for automation, advanced analytics, and future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous optimisation of ERP modules across Finance and Supply Chain.

Act as a trusted IT and systems advisor to Finance and Supply Chain business leaders.

Partner with stakeholders to define and maintain a clear roadmap for system enhancements and new functionality.

Analyse business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable ERP and systems solutions.

Collaborate with external vendors, internal IT teams, and business users to deliver reliable integrations and interfaces.

Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Support testing, deployment, and change management activities for new systems and enhancements.

Work closely with data and analytics teams to improve data quality, reporting, and AI readiness.

Build strong relationships with key users and develop deep understanding of business processes.
