The Role
We are currently supporting a global organisation on a major ERP transformation and are looking for an experienced IFS Manufacturing Consultant to join the programme.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end IFS Manufacturing solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to optimise production processes and ensure successful implementation within IFS Cloud / IFS Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of IFS Manufacturing modules
- Analyse and optimise production, shop floor, and supply chain processes
- Run workshops with key stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Translate business needs into functional IFS solutions
- Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) and go-live activities
- Provide training and post-go-live support to end users
- Collaborate with technical teams on customisations and integrations
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant
- Strong knowledge of:
- Shop Order Processing
- Work Centres & Routings
- MRP / Planning
- Costing & Manufacturing Accounting
- Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud and/or IFS Apps 9/10
- Full lifecycle IFS implementation experience
- Ability to work in client-facing environments and drive workshops
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in engineering, aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
- Integration knowledge (MES, PLM, or third-party systems)
- Multi-site / global rollout experience
