Job Title: IFS Manufacturing Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS Manufacturing Consultant to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of IFS Cloud within manufacturing environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational processes across production, planning, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support IFS Manufacturing module implementations (including Production, MRP, Shop Floor Control, and Demand Planning)
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional IFS solutions
- Configure and customise IFS Cloud / IFS Applications 10 to meet manufacturing needs
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis sessions with stakeholders
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including design, testing, training, and go-live
- Optimise manufacturing processes such as production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and data migration
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 10
- Strong background in manufacturing processes (discrete and/or process manufacturing)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Production & Shop Floor Control
- MRP / Supply Planning
- Bill of Materials (BOM) & Routing
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced project environments
