Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across IFS Manufacturing modules (Production, Shop Orders, Shop Floor Reporting)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate manufacturing requirements
- Lead and support Configure-to-Order (CTO) process design and optimisation within IFS
- Optimise and configure manufacturing processes within IFS ERP / IFS Cloud
- Drive improvements in production efficiency through system and process enhancements
- Support ongoing system changes, troubleshooting, and user enablement
- Contribute to workshops, documentation, and best-practice implementation
- Proven experience as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant
- Strong, hands-on Configure-to-Order (CTO) experience within IFS (ESSENTIAL)
- Deep knowledge of IFS Manufacturing modules
- Experience working with IFS ERP or IFS Cloud environments
- Ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes and system optimisation
- Experience working within Nordic organisations or distributed teams
- Exposure to Supply Chain and Planning modules
- Experience in system upgrades, transformations, or continuous improvement initiatives
