Job Title: IFS Manufacturing Consultant

Overview
We are currently supporting a Nordic industrial organisation that is looking to engage an experienced IFS Manufacturing Consultant to support ongoing optimisation and development of their IFS ERP / IFS Cloud environment. This is a part-time contract opportunity working closely with the internal ERP and production teams to improve manufacturing processes, system utilisation, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working closely with production stakeholders and translating manufacturing requirements into effective IFS solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise within IFS Manufacturing including Production, Shop Order Management, and Shop Floor Reporting

Support the optimisation and configuration of manufacturing processes within IFS ERP / IFS Cloud

Work closely with production, supply chain, and ERP teams to gather and translate business requirements

Identify process improvements and implement best-practice manufacturing workflows within IFS

Support ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user guidance

Participate in workshops and provide documentation for system changes and improvements
Required Experience

Proven experience working as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant

Strong functional knowledge of IFS Manufacturing modules

Experience working with IFS ERP or IFS Cloud

Ability to work closely with manufacturing and operations stakeholders

Experience supporting optimisation or improvement projects within manufacturing environments

Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
