Job Opportunity – IFS Enterprise Asset Management Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions, including Work Order Management, Asset Registry, and PM programs.
- Define and enforce solution design standards and governance for IFS, aligning with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and business stakeholder alignment.
- Enhance mobile maintenance, planning & scheduling, and resource management modules to improve efficiency and integration across teams.
- Optimize asset maintenance processes, system integrations, and financial tracking within IFS.
- Drive data-driven insights using historical maintenance data to forecast future needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Asset Management across industries.
- IFS Apps 10 & Cloud certified with hands-on experience in end-to-end EAM implementations.
- Strong track record in process optimization, asset utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Skilled in business process mapping, workflow design, and KPI reporting.
- Experienced in leading teams, managing projects, and fostering collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable in diverse, international environments with high integrity and professionalism.
