IFS Integration Specialist (German Speaking)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IFS Integration Specialist with strong experience in IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating IFS with internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow, and supporting process automation. Fluency in German is required to liaise effectively with our German-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between IFS (Apps 10 or Cloud) and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, MES, etc.).

  • Implement and configure APIs, web services, and data migration routines.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand integration requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high data accuracy.

  • Document integration processes, best practices, and support guides for ongoing maintenance.

  • Provide support for IFS upgrades, system migrations, and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud, with a focus on integration projects.

  • Strong knowledge of IFS API framework, Connect, EDI, and other integration tools.

  • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services.

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of IFS processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Projects) is a plus.
