They are seeking to expand their German team with a skilled IFS Functional Consultant to support their ongoing digital transformation projects.


The Role

As an IFS Functional Consultant, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to implement, configure, and optimise IFS Cloud and IFS Applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional ERP knowledge who enjoys bridging business needs with technical solutions. The position is hybrid, combining client engagement on-site and remote work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across finance, manufacturing, and project-based processes.

  • Configure and customise IFS Cloud / IFS Applications to meet client needs.

  • Support system testing, data migration, go-live activities, and post-go-live optimisation.

  • Deliver end-user training and produce clear functional documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth system implementation.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements leveraging IFS functionality.


Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in IFS ERP functional consulting, preferably in Finance, Manufacturing, or Projects.

  • Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 10.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in German (B2+) and English.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel occasionally to client sites if needed.

  • Experience with SQL, reporting, or workflow tools is a plus.
