The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure system capabilities align with operational needs, while also supporting ongoing improvements and project delivery.
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of IFS Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional IFS solutions
- Provide hands-on functional expertise across Finance (e.g. GL, AP, AR) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
- Collaborate with technical teams on customisations, integrations, and data migrations
- Support testing phases, including system, integration, and UAT
- Assist with issue resolution, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
- Deliver user training and documentation to support adoption and best practices
- Engage with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Proven experience working with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations or major system enhancements
- Ability to work hands-on in complex ERP environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Danish language skills (highly desirable)
- Experience working in Nordic environments or international projects
- Exposure to IFS reporting tools, workflows, and integrations
- Previous experience in onsite-heavy delivery models
