IFS Finance Consultant – E-Invoicing Consultant (Contract)
? 100% Remote | ? 3–4 Months | ? Start: 2nd Half of March 2026

We’re looking for an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to support an upcoming EU E-Invoicing compliance project, aligned with new European legislation effective 1 January 2027.

This is a part-time contract (1–2 days per week), ideal for an independent consultant with strong functional and solution knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and setup of digital / e-invoicing solutions for multiple EU countries

• Advise on EU e-invoicing legislation and compliance requirements

• Work with IFS APPS10 to enable compliant invoicing processes

• Provide guidance on AP / AR processes impacted by e-invoicing

• Evaluate and advise on IFS partner network solutions and third-party providers

• Support delivery during Q2 / Q3 project phase

Required Experience

• Proven experience with E-Invoicing in Europe

• Hands-on knowledge of sending digital invoices across EU countries

• Strong IFS APPS10 experience

• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Ability to work independently in a contract / advisory capacity

• Fluent English (written & spoken)

Nice to Have

• Pagero experience (integration, setup, or advisory)

• Swedish or German language skills

• Experience working with IFS partners and e-invoicing solution providers
