IFS Finance Consultant

About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to join their internal team and lead the optimization and management of their IFS Cloud or Apps 10 Finance environment. This role will work closely with their finance and IT teams to enhance financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic business initiatives. The consultant will be onsite 3–4 days per week in Belgium, providing hands-on expertise and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain IFS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) in IFS Cloud or Apps 10.

Translate business requirements into practical, efficient IFS solutions that improve processes and compliance.

Lead or support system upgrades, new module implementations, testing, and end-user training.

Act as the subject matter expert for IFS Finance within the client’s team.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize financial operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance systems, operational processes, and business strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an IFS Finance Consultant with IFS Cloud or Apps 10.

Strong functional knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Experience in system implementation, configuration, testing, and end-user support.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work effectively within a client’s internal team.

Must be able to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Belgium.
