Finance BPO – IFS Cloud Multi-Country Rollout

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) to support a multi-country rollout of IFS Cloud across our European operations. This is a key position within our Finance Transformation team, responsible for ensuring that finance processes are effectively designed, implemented, and optimized within IFS.

The role follows a hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home. It offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a global ERP transformation program, while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Finance BPO for the multi-country IFS Cloud rollout.

  • Provide functional leadership across all Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).

  • Drive implementation activities, ensuring finance processes are harmonized across entities.

  • Apply your accounting expertise to validate design and deployment decisions.

  • Coordinate project deployments, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Deliver training and support for key users across multiple countries.

  • Collaborate closely with IT, Project Management, and local Finance teams to ensure successful delivery.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of all Finance modules within IFS.

  • Proven implementation experience (minimum IFS Apps 10; IFS Cloud preferred).

  • Solid accounting background, ideally with international exposure.

  • Demonstrated experience in project rollouts or multi-country deployments.

  • Ability to train and support key users effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and full fluency in English.


Desirable Skills

  • Tax and VAT expertise, particularly across multiple countries.

  • Prior hands-on experience with IFS Cloud.
