IFS FSM & Service Maintenance Consultant – DACH Region (Onsite / Hybrid)
We are currently partnering with a leading organisation in the DACH region to hire an experienced IFS FSM & Service Maintenance Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of field service and asset maintenance solutions within an IFS Cloud environment.
This role requires candidates to be based in the DACH region with the ability to work onsite / hybrid as part of a high-impact transformation programme.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of IFS FSM and Service & Maintenance modules
- Support end-to-end service processes including work orders, service contracts, preventive maintenance, and mobile workforce management
- Facilitate on-site workshops with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Translate business needs into IFS best-practice solutions
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities
- Drive continuous improvement across service and maintenance operations
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS FSM and/or Service & Maintenance (IFS Cloud / Apps 10)
- Deep understanding of field service operations (dispatching, scheduling, SLAs, mobile workforce)
- Experience with asset maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, condition-based)
- Proven experience delivering IFS implementations across the full lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Fluent in English and at least one of:
- German language
- Dutch language
Nice to Have
- Experience with IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimisation (PSO)
- Exposure to IoT, GIS, or third-party service integrations
- Industry experience in utilities, energy, or service-led organisations
- Experience working in onsite / client-facing consulting roles
Location Requirement
Candidates must be based in one of the following:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
Regular onsite presence is required depending on project phase.
