We’re working with our client to identify a highly skilled IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join their team on a permanent, 100% remote basis in Germany. This role is critical to support ongoing IFS Cloud FSM projects and transformations across the DACH region.
Role Overview:

Lead IFS Cloud FSM implementations and upgrades, including configuration, workflow optimisation, and mobile technician solutions.

Analyse business processes, translate requirements, and ensure solutions align with operational needs.

Facilitate workshops, end-user training, and cross-functional collaboration for multi-country projects.

Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting to maintain smooth FSM operations.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in IFS Cloud with strong FSM expertise – essential.

5+ years’ functional consulting or ERP project experience.

Fluent in German and English.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process optimisation skills.

Comfortable working 100% remotely while delivering high-quality results.
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with PSO (workforce scheduling) and service/warranty automation.

Agile project delivery with Jira/Confluence.

Multi-country rollouts in the DACH region.
