We’re looking for an experienced IFS FSM Consultant to join an ongoing IFS Cloud implementation, focusing on Field Service Management. You’ll play a key role in helping customers transform their service operations, optimise field performance, and deliver first-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and define FSM requirements.

Configure and implement IFS FSM modules (Planning & Scheduling, Mobile Workforce, Service Contracts, etc.).

Support integration with ERP, CRM, and other business systems.

Conduct user training, testing, and go-live support.

Provide post-implementation optimisation and ongoing functional support.
Ideal Profile

3+ years’ experience with IFS FSM or IFS Cloud FSM solutions.

Strong understanding of Field Service processes (dispatch, work orders, SLA management, mobile apps).

Experience in service-focused industries (e.g. utilities, manufacturing, maintenance).

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
