Job Title: IFS ERP Manager
Location: Switzerland (Zurich or Basel)
Type: Permanent (50% remote)
My client is seeking a dedicated IFS ERP Manager to oversee and optimise IFS Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS Application management, project coordination, and user support, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
IFS ERP Manager Key Responsibilities
- Provide optimal support for business processes using our IFS Applications, ensuring continuous development and improvement.
- Develop, document, and implement solutions and optimisations, assisting users in resolving any issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user understanding and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external consultants and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage sub-projects related to optimisation and implementation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the ERP team and Stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- German speaking (C1 minimum)
- Deep understanding of IFS Applications and it’s configurations.
- Proficiency in process mapping, system design, and implementation within the IFS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate manufacturing requirements into effective IFS solutions.
- Extensive experience managing medium to large-scale or complex projects.
- Solution-oriented and team-focused, with a keen eye for detail and quality in project management.
