Job Description – IFS Developer (Sweden)

Location: Sweden (onsite/hybrid depending on client)
Language Requirement: Native Swedish (fluent spoken and written)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IFS Developer to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS Applications (Apps 9, Apps 10, or IFS Cloud), with hands-on experience in customization, integrations, and technical solution delivery. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize IFS solutions that support core business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom objects, configurations, and integrations within IFS.

• Work with PL/SQL, Aurena framework, IALs, and reporting tools.

• Support data migrations, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure technical best practices and system stability during upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IFS Developer (Apps 9/10/Cloud).

• Strong skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Aurena, custom objects, and integrations.

• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools within IFS.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Native Swedish speaker, with strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IFS Cloud implementation projects.

• Background in manufacturing, service, or energy industries.

• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
