IFS Consultant Job Description

My client is looking for an Inhouse IFS Consultant, preferably with a background in Human Capital Management. As an In-House IFS Consultant, you will be responsible for the functional enhancement of IFS HCM module.

Your role will involve collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure the effective utilization of IFS ERP to meet the organization's human resource needs.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving process improvements, streamlining workflows, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the IFS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Department and business stakeholders to understand Human Capital Management requirements.
  • Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of IFS HCM modules updates.
  • Provide expertise in IFS HCM functionalities and best practices to optimize HR processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of IFS HCM.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot issues related to IFS HCM functionality and recommend solutions.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in IFS HCM to propose continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and conversational English is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in IFS ERP Applications (Ideally 3 years+).
  • Experience with HCM module of IFS is obviously a major advantage (Payroll, absences, Qualification development & training, employee and organisation management, time)
  • Strong foundational knowledge of user management and authorisations, preferably within the realm of IFS ERP.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
