Responsibilities
- Act as a functional and/or technical consultant for IFS Applications / IFS Cloud
- Participate in end?to?end implementations: requirements, configuration, testing, and go?live
- Work closely with customers to translate business needs into effective IFS solutions
- Configure and support IFS modules (e.g. FSM, MWO, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing – based on experience)
- Support reporting, data quality, and user adoption
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants
- Provide post?go?live support and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience working with IFS ERP / IFS Cloud
- Strong understanding of business processes in customer implementations
- Experience with configuration and standard IFS functionality
- Ability to work independently and in customer?facing environments
- Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage
- Eligible to work in Finland
