IFS Cloud Expert

Job Title: IFS Cloud Expert (German Speaking)
Location: Switzerland (Hybrid / On-site depending on project)

We are working with a global client undergoing a major upgrade to IFS Cloud, and are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Expert to support this transformation programme. The role will focus on the delivery, optimisation, and stabilisation of IFS Cloud across a complex international environment.

This position requires strong functional and/or technical expertise in IFS, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead activities within a global IFS Cloud upgrade programme
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders across multiple regions to gather, analyse, and translate requirements
• Configure, enhance, and optimise IFS Cloud modules in line with global template standards
• Support end-to-end delivery including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues in a multi-country environment
• Collaborate with internal teams, global partners, and system integrators
• Promote best practice use of IFS Cloud and support continuous improvement across the programme

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of at least one core domain (e.g. FSM, ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Service)
• Experience working on large-scale implementations or global upgrade programmes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-country environments

Language Requirements

• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Strong English required for global collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Swiss and wider DACH environments
• Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM), PSO, or asset-intensive industries
• Background in consulting or global system integrators
