Job Title: IFS Application Consultant
Location: Switzerland (Zurich or Basel)
Type: Permanent (50% remote)
As an IFS Application Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of the IFS Applications ERP system. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the ERP system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
IFS Application Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Provide optimal support for business processes through the IFS ERP system, ensuring its continuous development and alignment with business needs.
- Develop, document, and implement solutions and optimisations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Assist users in resolving issues, offering expert guidance, and ensuring smooth operation of the ERP system.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user proficiency and understanding of the ERP system.
- Work on (sub-)project management for optimisation and implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Work closely with the ERP team to achieve project goals and support overall system enhancements.
Requirements
- German speaking (C1 minimum)
- Proven experience working with IFS Applications and it’s configurations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into effective IFS solutions.
- Experience in managing or supporting ERP-related projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
