Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Global Application Manager for enterprise-wide business applications, with a strong focus on ERP (IFS) and CRM systems.
This role is responsible for the stable operation, continuous improvement, and technical ownership of the application landscape. You will lead technical initiatives, manage vendors, and ensure systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned with global business processes.
Key Responsibilities

Act as Technical Application Manager for group-wide ERP (IFS) and CRM applications

Own and manage the full technical application lifecycle, including vendor coordination, testing, validation, and acceptance

Ensure stable operations, performance, and continuous development of the application landscape

Analyse IT and business requirements, design technical solutions, and lead technical projects end-to-end

Coordinate project planning, communication, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder alignment

Prepare and adapt IT environments for new implementations, upgrades, and certifications, ensuring compliance standards are met

Support business units and management on initiatives involving system integrations and interfaces

Select, evaluate, and introduce new software solutions in alignment with IT and business strategy

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, specifications, and internal policies

Plan and coordinate maintenance windows aligned with business-critical processes

Provide user support, training, and oversee helpdesk-related requests
Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an Application Owner, Application Manager, or ERP Technical Lead

Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (IFS experience highly preferred)

Experience managing enterprise application landscapes in a global or multi-entity environment

Solid understanding of IT project management, system integration, and vendor management

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
