The Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing client in the Czech Republic that’s upgrading from a legacy ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (on?premise). In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business, from the shop floor to senior management, to understand their needs, design smart ERP solutions, and drive a successful implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant with MS Business Central/NAV in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, gap analyses, and aligning ERP design with best practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a collaborative team player.
- Fluent in Czech and English.
