Job Description: Functional NetSuite Finance Consultant (Polish Localisation)

We are seeking an experienced Functional NetSuite Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Polish localisation. The ideal candidate will support finance transformation projects, ensuring full compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite finance implementations and enhancements with a focus on Polish GAAP, JPK (SAF-T), VAT, and statutory reporting.

• Configure and optimise NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax).

• Translate finance processes into NetSuite solutions, addressing local reporting and compliance needs.

• Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and support post-go-live.

• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Finance Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and localisation features.

• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
