We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller with strong NetSuite expertise to lead financial operations and reporting for our Spain-based entity. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Spanish regulations, and optimization of NetSuite processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end closing

Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and tax regulations

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Oversee and optimize NetSuite ERP (reporting, controls, improvements)

Coordinate with auditors and external advisors

Support management with financial insights and analysis
Requirements
-
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years of relevant experience (Controller or Senior Accountant level)

Strong hands-on NetSuite experience (essential)

Knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations

Fluent in Spanish and English

Strong analytical and organizational skills
