Job Title: NetSuite Finance Consultant (Month-End Close Support)
Contract Length: 3–6 Months
Location: Flexible / Remote (Europe preferred)
Overview
We are supporting a client who requires an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to assist with month-end close activities across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment where time constraints are a key challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the full month-end close process across multiple companies
- Prepare and post bank statements, reconciliations, and prepayments
- Manage approvals and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Produce and review trial balances at month-end
- Review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable outputs (handled by a separate team)
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements within current processes
- Support best practice usage of NetSuite across finance operations
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (essential)
- Proven track record supporting month-end close processes
- Solid understanding of core finance modules
- Experience reviewing AP/AR activities
- Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
- Understanding of German GAAP (GHP) is a plus
