Your Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of our Infor LN CloudSuite Automotive system through competent 1st-level support.

Organize and assist in conducting end-to-end tests and meetings as part of ongoing operations and projects.

Collaborate with external partners, key users, and specialist departments within regular operations and project work.

Actively contribute to shaping the ERP system landscape and maintain the support system.

Support the implementation and roll-out of our ERP system across multiple locations, including planning and coordinating work packages and sub-projects as part of the Infor LN CloudSuite Automotive roll-out.

Depending on preference and need, participate in projects or sub-projects related to organizational development or digital transformation.
Your Profile:

Completed vocational training with additional qualifications, e.g., technical training, or a degree in business administration/engineering, or comparable experience.

Strong willingness to learn.

Ability to analyze complex issues and derive appropriate work steps.

Ideally, experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor LN (Cloud).

Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
-
Ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach and take personal responsibility.
