ERP Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our Infor LN CloudSuite Automotive system through competent 1st-level support.

  • Organize and assist in conducting end-to-end tests and meetings as part of ongoing operations and projects.

  • Collaborate with external partners, key users, and specialist departments within regular operations and project work.

  • Actively contribute to shaping the ERP system landscape and maintain the support system.

  • Support the implementation and roll-out of our ERP system across multiple locations, including planning and coordinating work packages and sub-projects as part of the Infor LN CloudSuite Automotive roll-out.

  • Depending on preference and need, participate in projects or sub-projects related to organizational development or digital transformation.

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training with additional qualifications, e.g., technical training, or a degree in business administration/engineering, or comparable experience.

  • Strong willingness to learn.

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and derive appropriate work steps.

  • Ideally, experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor LN (Cloud).

  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach and take personal responsibility.
