ERP Specialist

The challenge

As an ERP Specialist, you are responsible for the functional management, optimization and further development of our ERP system Infor LN. You ensure that the system optimally matches the business processes and supports users in their daily work.

You work at the intersection of business and IT and contribute to improvements, digitization and further professionalization of the application landscape.

What will you do?

• Functionally manage and configure the ERP system Infor LN;

• Analyzing and resolving incidents and user questions;

• Supporting key users and end users within the organization;

• Optimizing and improving business processes within the ERP system;

• Preparation of functional specifications for system modifications;

• Coordinating and supervising changes, upgrades and implementations;

• Drafting documentation, work instructions and user manuals;

• Management of user authorizations.

What do we expect?

• You have a higher professional education working and thinking level;

• You have demonstrable experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor-LN;

• You have knowledge of business processes within production, logistics or supply chain;

• You have experience with functional management or ERP implementations;

• You have analytical, problem-solving and good communication skills;

• You use a structured working method and the ability to set priorities.
