Job Title: Finance Transformation Project Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead and execute key finance projects. This role requires strong project management expertise, a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to drive change in a polite, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee finance transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.

• Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business teams to optimize and standardize accounting processes, including AP/AR, general ledger, and controlling.

• Provide face-to-face leadership, fostering accountability and driving results, even when difficult decisions are required.

• Support ERP initiatives and finance system improvements; experience with IFS Cloud is preferred, though strong finance/process knowledge is essential.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and areas for process improvement; propose actionable solutions.

• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to senior stakeholders, including Anders, Petra, and other leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience, preferably with finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.

• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes: AP/AR, general ledger, and controlling.

• Experience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud preferred) is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak up, challenge the status quo, and drive results.

• Ability to work onsite in Stockholm most of the week, with 1-2 days of remote work.

• Comfortable operating in a polite culture while making tough, results-driven decisions.
