About the Role

Our client, a leading organisation within the Service Industry, is implementing IFS Cloud and seeking an experienced IFS Data Migration Specialist to join their transformation project. This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication, coordination, and technical expertise in managing data migration from legacy systems to IFS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, subsidiaries, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data transition.

• Cleanse, validate, and extract data from multiple legacy systems.

• Design, develop, and execute migration scripts for IFS Cloud.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout all migration phases.

• Perform pre- and post-migration testing, reconciliation, and validation.

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to define data mapping and transformation rules.

• Troubleshoot migration issues and support resolution in coordination with IFS technical teams.

• Develop and maintain data migration documentation, templates, and best practices.

• Support Go-Live activities and post-migration data checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IFS Applications (preferably IFS Cloud) with a strong focus on data migration.

• Solid understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and SQL.

• Experience in coordinating data migration for multi-entity or international organisations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English; German language proficiency preferred.
