Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, reporting, and operations for our Germany-based business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
	<li>Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance (HGB/IFRS)
	<li>Drive strategic decision-making and business performance
	<li>Manage cash flow, risk, and internal controls
	<li>Optimise and manage NetSuite ERP systems
	<li>Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience
	<li>Strong knowledge of German financial regulations (HGB) and IFRS
	<li>Hands-on NetSuite experience (essential)
	<li>Experience in scaling businesses or transformation projects
	<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills
	<li>Fluent in German and English
