About the Role

Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Business Central Consultant to join our growing team in Germany. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, making a real difference by streamlining our clients’ operations and helping them harness the full potential of Business Central.

 

? What You’ll Be Doing

• End?to?End Implementation: Participate in all phases of Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering, design, and customisation to deployment and support.
• Solution Design: Analyse client needs and design Business Central solutions that solve real?world business problems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and end?users across Germany and beyond.
• Post?Go?Live Support: Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Stay on top of the latest Business Central trends and best practices, sharing ideas within the team and supporting junior colleagues.

 

? Your Profile

• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and proficient in English.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementations and business process mapping within Business Central.
• Technical and/or functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Experience working in one or more industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, distribution, finance).
• A collaborative mindset, strong problem?solving skills, and a forward?looking approach to business solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (and sometimes beyond) as required.
