Nick Graham

Position
Head of Practice

Having spent over ten years in the hospitality sector working in nightclubs, bars, and restaurants, Nick achieved the role of Operations Manager with a casual dining chain. However, despite his passion for the sector, Nick could no longer see his future within the hospitality sector.

He began searching for alternative opportunities that would enable him to utilise his people-centered skillset, as well as create a lasting career and build the future he wanted for his family. He quickly discovered that recruitment is heavily centered around people, so his skill set made him a perfect fit for IT Works.

As one of our NetSuite experts, Nick earned a reputation for honesty, hard work, and going above and beyond expectations. This put him at the top of the list to become our first Head of Practice for Germany, where he continues to demonstrate how important hard work, attention to detail, and building relationships on mutural respect really is.

The German market benefits from a strong and skilled candidate base, and Nick makes it his priority to maintain strong relationships with these individuals, enabling them to progress their careers.

As an avid football fan, Nick is on a mission to visit all 116 grounds in the English Leagues, and to date, he’s ticked off over 100 of them! Obviously, as a Leeds United supporter, there is one venue he loves to visit above all others, and never tires of visiting their home stadium at Elland Road. He's also visited several German stadiums and hopes to visit more.

Having a market expert on your recruitment team is invaluable, but with Nick, you get all that experience and so much more. His passion and his pride in what he does shines through in every interaction. Nick has a straightforward approach and won’t overcomplicate the process. He is also transparent throughout all his communications, with clients and candidates.
