IFS Cloud Training & System Support Specialist (Remote)
About the Role
A global organisation is seeking a proactive specialist to support its IFS Cloud and ClickLearn environment. This fully remote role is heavily focused on training content creation alongside light system support, with ownership of documentation, user enablement, and continuous improvement of learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop training content using ClickLearn, including process documentation, PDFs, video guides, and interactive learning materials
- Deliver user training, support adoption, and assist with UAT and ongoing system use
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation and learning content
- Support data accuracy, reporting (SQL/Power BI), and basic analysis for improvements and migration
- Provide light system support across IFS Cloud (or earlier versions), including navigation, basic configuration, workflow improvements, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support system updates and enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and managing ClickLearn training content
- Experience with IFS Cloud or Apps 9/10
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of documentation and training delivery
- Strong data awareness and Microsoft Office skills; Power BI is an advantage
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
