• Capabilities with NetSuite

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support

• Configure and maintain all business systems

• Has extensive experience of business processes who can become an in house subject matter expert on all current and future business systems/architecture

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and propose solutions where issues arise

• Act as a driving force to continue to evolve and develop our IT systems

• Scope projects and design project plans aligned with our business needs

• Collaborate with all departments across the organisation to analyse where there are opportunities for enhancements to current systems and processes or possibly the need for the introduction of new technologies.

• Change Management

Some travel between locations will be required.
